The 26-gauge Acrylume® coated steel, stucco embossed panels have an R-value of 29 and are coated with corrosion-resistant acrylic paint for long-lasting use. They use a cam action locking system and compression gasket to form rigid, air-tight joints for the perfect fit. Inside the panels is 4″ thick AK-XPSF rigid foam that not only helps the cooler operate efficiently and maintain consistent temperatures but also helps give it exceptional structural integrity.
Aluminum Floor
A rugged smooth aluminum floor evenly distributes loads up to 600 lb. per sq. ft., so you have the support you need, while a 1/2″ radius cove along the interior perimeter makes for easy cleaning.
Customizable Door
Workers can easily access the cooler’s contents through your choice of a 30″ or 36″ wide door that boasts two adjustable spring-assisted hinges and a heavy pull handle with a key lock. A door closer provides additional smooth closing, while the three-sided magnetic gasket securely latches the unit shut. For safe use, an easy-grip, glow-in-the-dark safety release is included inside the unit to prevent accidental entrapment.
LED Thermometer
A digital LED thermometer is mounted on the exterior for simple temperature monitoring, while the interior is illuminated by a vapor-proof light for easy product identification.
